The Junior Chambers International, University of Ibadan Chapters, organised the Officer’s Training Retreat on the 2nd of November, 2024 at the Educational Advancement Center, Bodija, Ibadan. This new development was part of the LO’s endeavours to equip the board members with the necessary skill set required to achieve their goals and projects, and to also enhance the growth of the organisation.
The theme of the event was: Navigating Change:Strategic Leadership In Adversity. The trainer for the event was JCIN Amb. Bishop Joel, popularly known as agba trainer, and he spoke on the topic “Execution and Delivery in a Challenging Environment: A Guide To Achieving Project Excellence.”
